I highly recommend Carla Poindexter to anybody seeking therapy services. I sought out help from Carla after my first therapist could not provide me the help I needed. Fast forward only a couple months, I have made so many positive changes in areas I needed to improve because of Carla's guidance. She is supportive, insightful and always respectful. Very thankful I found her!
