My mom did not find the clinic at first and Ioana went out in the street to meet her. Then she took her time even though the appointment slot was almost over, stayed late to give her a proper assessment and treatment, she did not rush. My mom, who came there very frazzled, left the appointment calm and collected. Ioana pays attention to the body's energies and is a real healer.
