Rachel Harsch has got to be the ism intelligent p.ai have ever been to. She is smart and knows exactly what she says. She has never left me wondering, explains it clearly and is compassionate. She really cares about her clients and shows it during the visit. Her education shows in her decisions and actions. When talking to her, she confident and it is appreciated.
