My mother saw Kristen at an urgent visit. She was the covering provider and our first visit with her. She was very thorough, caring and considerate. We love the care at Northshore Physicians Group at 400 Highland Ave in Salem, MA. Every provider including the lab technician provide excellent care. We were very comfortable with Kristen as she provided positive interactive discussion.
