Hello Robert McQuillen, Thank you for couple-counselling with Laurie and me. I was transitioning from my engineering career to retirement. You assisted my autism. I appreciated your advice and professional expertise. Robert recommended the book, The Body Keeps the Score, author Bessel Van Der Kolk, M.D. Robert taught techniques from the book to over come anxiety.
