Pays a great deal of attention to detail. Explains in straight forward terms exactly what he is finding from the tests done, as well as the options that you have to choose from, as well as what and what not different insurance plans he takes will cover. He does need to slow down a bit when switching from one test lens to the other. Senior eyes just don't refocus that quickly.
