Met the provider just prior to a procedure. He was nice and explained everything to me. I stayed asleep through the procedure so he did his job effectively. I did not have any issues with the provider. My issue was their billing. They waited more than 2.5 months to submit the claim. It was more than 4 months before they billed me for svcs that were covered 100% by my insurance. SHADY
