Dr. Mullen is the best in his field. He has fixed my tibula/fibula double fracture seventeen years ago with perfect results! He replaced my left shoulder with same excellent results(I am left handed) His office help is courteous all the time! There is no better Orthopedic in AZ. Love him, my favorite Doctor!
