Dr. Treacy has helped me a great deal. I am excited for her next steps. I am super excited to learn from her courses and listen to her podcast. She helped me stay in treatment, stay in therapy when I went into outpatient, and ultimately "taught me how to fish." Meaning she didn't just give me numbers, actions, facts, information, she taught me how to become self-aware, how to trust myself.
