Elina was knowledgeable and empathetic to my husband and me in his cancer journey. Creative to augment his lack of fiber intake with supplements and gave us terrific advice on high protein alternatives which worked, helping him gain almost 20 pounds he'd lost. We met virtually (a plus for us) and she emailed detailed recommendations. sing an app she was able to review daily intake. She's stellar.
