Julie is knowledgeable and respectful of her Audio Nova clients. She treats me with patience and understanding. She makes me laugh at the bad times and helps me understand the reasons things are happening and tries above and beyond to make my hearing experience something to look forward to knowing that she will improve my hearing to the best of her ability.
