I find Dr. Grote to be a rare quality in this day and age, that rare quality is actually called caring, caring about the individual person, each person. He has a great memory, he pays attention to details and he absorbs what you're saying and is able to recall it in the greatest detail at the most appropriate moment. Why can the world remain as caring,attentive and professional as Dr. Grote?.
