Well qualified. Friend manner. Spends sufficient time with the patient with good understanding of their requirements. I would like to mention that there was an issue in obtaining my medications since they were to the wrong location and no communication on how I should recover them. A week has past and I am still missing one item; have not heard from Robin about the situation.;
