I have the honor and privilege to have Dr Bindas as my Psychiatrist for over a year now. It’s very hard to change Doctors because of personality conflicts but in my experience she had rolled out the red carpet showing me her undivided attention and extreme care about my thoughts and feelings. Not really judging me but instead ask me to share my opinions and thoughts about a particular topic.

Dr. Bindas is my MH provider and has been for several months. She is helping me cope with anxiety and PTSD. I was provided prescriptions from internists and I not realizing they were addictive. I thought I was resigned to living the rest of my life dependent on the drugs. She has help me methodically wean myself off these prescriptions...Thanks Doc you are a true blessing!
