I lived in Sioux Falls, SD & found Dr, Sara Ruter to be a SUPERB physician, who practices from her office at the Sanford Medical Clinic in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She actually LISTENS to her patients, and is a calm and respectful doctor -- not a control-freak with a narcissistic personality. Well-trained, she's able to pin-point medical issues correctly and prescribe appropriate treatments.
