Dr. Mergenthal is a very knowledgeable and dedicated professional, who takes her time with the patient and seeks to provide the best care possible, through a thorough examination and understanding of the problem. She works with the patient to achieve the best possible results to improving the quality of life through improved hearing. I would highly recommend her as very caring and dedicated.
