5/5
Dr. Giovanini was a calming informative caregiver at a very concerning time in my life. He explained afib (complete with a hand-drawn picture) that helped me understand what was happening with my heart and how a pacemaker would help me going forward. He answered all the question that my wife and I had, and never once made us feel that he was in a rush, even though it was during the holidays.
