Dr Colanese is a professional kind and very knowledgeable surgeon, I have worked in a rehabilitation facility for many years. My experience and recovery with the 1st hip replacement was the best I have ever experienced. The way he does it as far as giving me time for the trauma and swelling to go down a bit made a huge impact on my healing. I did not need any walking aid after 7 days.
