I had my first appointment today with Dr. Tsay for an urgent condition. He took a comprehensive approach to my health needs and spent over 1.5 hours with me. I was given 4 prescriptions [inclusive of a shot on my buttocks] and a blood glucose meter along with a blood pressure machine for $50.00. Dr. Tsay ordered blood tests and x-rays.
